SOFTWARE: Respondus 3.5.4a for Windows

Description: Respondus is a developer of third-party testing and 
assessment tools for course management systems. Respondus is a 
software application that enhances the functionality and 
usability of quiz, survey, and self-test tools. It also provides 
seamless synchronization of print-based and online exams. 

Version 3.5.4a includes the following improvements:

- There is a new File menu feature "Save as iPod Quiz". This 
  allows for exporting questions in a format usable with Apple's 
  iPod Quiz game. 

- There is improved handling of special and accented characters in 
  exports. 
  

- This version includes all fixes from all patches after Version 
  3.5. 
  

PLATFORM: Pentium PC or compatible.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows 2000/XP/Vista, 32 MB of RAM, 10 MB of 
free hard disk space, and a 800x600 monitor. Respondus works in 
conjunction with a number of course management systems, most 
notably Desire2Learn, used by Carmen. 

ELIGIBILITY: Faculty and staff, GRA and GTA students.

RESTRICTIONS: The software may used on the main, Lima and Newark  
regional campuses. In addition users may install a copy on a home 
computer for OSU business uses only. 

PURCHASE: No purchase is necessary. 
 

COST WITHOUT SITE LICENSE ARRANGEMENTS: $79.
