Course Description:
The university Procurement Card (PCard), issued by the Purchasing Department with the approval of colleges and departments, offers a convenient way to make small-dollar purchases and some travel-related expenses. This course presents the business rules that govern use of the PCard for cardholders and department card managers.
Prerequisites:
None. Mandatory for new individual cardholders and new department card managers; and is optional for department card users.
Course Length:
A one-hour session that presents business rules and policies in a classroom setting.
Audience:
Any employee who will be a cardholder, authorized user of a department card and/or a card manager should attend this course. This course is mandatory for new individual cardholders and new department card managers and is optional for department card users.
