Earnings Budgeting
Course Description:
This course explains the Earnings Budgeting process in the on-line system. Participants will learn how to enter and maintain budgets using on-line panels and practice other methods of loading Earnings Budget information into the system. This course also explains how to inquire on Earnings Budget information and access Earnings Budget reports.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Prepare Earnings budgets.
- Enter Earnings rates.
- Run Earnings reports.
- Freeze Earnings budgets.
- Revise Earnings budgets.
Prerequisites:
Basic computer skills using Windows and a Web browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer).
Earnings Operations at OSU (This course is conducted by the Office of Financial Training and Documentation. It is recommended but not required.).
Course Length:
4 hour Instructor-led course in a computer lab with hands-on practice
Audience:
This course is recommended for all personnel who will prepare their Earnings Budgets, using the on-line system.
